Adam Petriella

Adam founded and grew the Silverthread platform while working within Waterfall Asset Management, Sutherland Asset Management and Ready Capital as a business partner responsible for Capital Markets activity among the 7 wholly owned franchised Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance offices closing over 100 transactions annually.

Prior, he was instrumental in the growth of small privately held investment real estate brokerage company now a publicly traded entity. He held various positions including sales agent, Regional Manager, First Vice President and Loan Originator. His expertise was called on to manage new offices and turn around opportunities. He won numerous sales awards as a senior broker eventually running of of the most productive Regional Offices.

He recruited, mentored and managed several top 10 sales and finance agents throughout the firm.

Apart from his current responsibilities he wholly owns several properties including Manufactured Housing Communities, Multi-family and Short Stay luxury accommodations.

A second generation Banker, professional career began at Citibank’s Private Banking Group in New York City, in highly comprehensive, 2 year Asset Management & Credit Training Program, including Commercial Lending, and Series 7 and Series 63 Securities licensing. As a Portfolio Manager of Asset Management Accounts (Credit & Brokerage) for an affluent international clientele, specialized in Equities and Derivatives trading, Cash-Flow & Asset-based Lending, and overall Wealth Management for 7yrs, before transferring to Citibank’s Institutional Bank (Emerging Markets Group--Latin America / Caribbean). There I helped structure and execute transactions involving Swaps, as well as Interest-rate Arbitrage based primarily on internationally-traded Sovereign Debt. Later took this expertise into private consulting for a few regional banks.

Kevin's experience includes wealth management at UBS-PaineWebber and resumed developing my portfolio of domestic and international clients including Commercial Real Estate Developers, Banks, Insurance companies, and UHNWI. Specialized in Alternative Investments, Structured Products, Private Equity vehicles, and Asset-based Lending. Frequently among top producers in this flagship UBS branch, recruited by Merrill Lynch prior to its "acquisition" by Bank of America.
